Dear Granny team
I want to give some feedback after 6 weeks of Granny placement.
Since mid November I have been living in East Sussex in a lovely renovated English country house with a parklike garden. A dream landscape. The family has two children aged 2 years and 7 months and is very friendly and loving, towards the children and to me.

I had already decided on a family in Dubai. But still took another look at the host family profiles and found the profile of the host family in Melton. It moved me very much that the 76year old grandfather (Keith) is looking after his 10 year old grandson (Luke), who also lives with him, alone.

I spent a wonderful, very exciting and intensive time here! I have a warm friendship with the young family which certainly will keep after my "Granny Time", also as the parents will be returning to Norway with their 3 children in 2016 (following a 2 year stay in Australia) and then the distance won't be "quite so far". :-)
I supported an Spanish family with two boys aged 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 from the beginning of October until just before Christmas 2014. The family was very welcoming. It was my first stay in Spain and as the parents spoke German very well I always had a person to go to with my questions.

I have very fond memories of my time as Granny Aupair in Kuala Lumpur. This was a very positive and rewarding experience for me. It was really a great opportunity, involved in a very nice family.to get to know a corner of the world and its population, which had been completely unfamiliar to me as to now.

I spent one year in Canada as an au pair when I was 19, which I liked very much.
After my children flew the nest, I searched the Internet, only to discover that I was now definitely to old for an au pair placement.
Discouraged, I gave up, looked for a job in my profession and traveled as often as possible.

Hello you lovely Granny women,
I keep on promoting you, as I am a keen Granny Nanny. I will be travelling to the States for the fourth time at the end of Janaury. To be a Granny has changed my life!
I was born in 1948 and am an enthusiastic Granny.
Best wishes
Ute

My second "Granny Adventure" will be starting on January 6th 2016; I have been invited to spend some time with a family in Marseille, which I am really looking forward to.

Greetings from the state of New Jersey.
I am now with the R. family in M., as the previous Granny broke her hip whilst ice skating.
