„I arrived safely and was warmly welcomed in Jekaterinburg. A wonderful family, totally uncomplicated. I have already seen several things and gest along in town quite well even without knowledge of the Cyrillic alphabet.  I already had visited Moscow and St. Petersburg as a tourist, but wanted to gain insight into the ‘Russian soul’ which is not possible as a tourist. I was warmly welcomed by my ‘temporary family’ and got along with the three children straight away. After eight weeks I get around like at home. This family makes it easy for me. Without Mrs. Hansen and her crew this adventure would not have been possible for me. If my health allows it, I want to travel as a Granny once again. This is a great opportunity for us….“
