Dear Grannies,

More than half of our families and Grannies are now repeat customers. It is quite common for genuine, long-lasting friendships to develop between temporary grandmas and their host families. Many families have already welcomed two, three or even more Granny Aupairs into their homes and are delighted to make use of our service time and again.

Today, we would like to introduce you to one family who have already hosted a Granny Aupair once or several times and who would be happy to welcome another temporary grandma into their family soon. We would also like to present two families who have just registered with us.

Throughout your membership, you can contact as many families as you like.

‘Ski City’ at the foot of the Rocky Mountains 

Salt Lake City, the urban heart of the US state of Utah, was one of the venues for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Also known as ‘Ski City’, the metropolis lies at the foot of the Rocky Mountains and also offers a wealth of attractions for art and culture lovers. 

Here an active doctor’s family (user name: Sherron) with a girl (4), a boy just under a year old and a dog would like to welcome their next experienced and reliable temporary grandmother with a driving licence. The main purpose is to support the mum, who occasionally has to travel for work. Both children attend preschool and nursery until the afternoon, so the Granny would have plenty of time to explore the exciting surroundings.

The Granny will be provided with a nice room with its own bathroom in a spacious house in the centre. Travel expenses will be covered in full.

Germany’s Gateway to the World 

Hamburg, Germany's vibrant port city, offers a blend of maritime charm, modern elegance, and rich culture, featuring attractions like the iconic Elbphilharmonie, historic warehouses, the lively Reeperbahn, picturesque canals, and a world-class shopping and culinary scene.

In the green North-East part of the city, this vegetarian Asian-German small family (mother and 11-year-old son) with the user name mg_veda is looking forward to welcoming a flexible, patient Granny Aupair with a driving license as a new family member, ideally for a longer period. The boy goes to school until the early afternoon.

A lovely large room in a big apartment not far from the centre is awaiting the Granny. The travel costs will be taken over in part.

Natural paradise in the Bavarian Alpine foothills  

Surrounded by beautiful, almost untouched nature, the municipality of Schwaigen is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen near the largest living moorland area in Central Europe.  At the foot of the Hörnle, the first mountain in the Bavarian Alpine foothills, are many beautiful destinations.

Here, a small family (mother and 6-year-old daughter) with the user name LisaCK would be very happy to find a reliable, open-minded „bonus“ grandmother with a driving licence for little Käthe. The little girl goes to school until early afternoon or, on some days, until noon. As her mother sometimes works in Munich, support would be needed mainly in the afternoons and sometimes also in the evenings.

The Granny will have a nice big room with her own bathroom in a large house in a rural setting at her disposal. Travel expenses will be covered in full.
