Newsletter Grannies - Which type of Granny are you?

Dear Ladies,

Everybody has different preferences and needs. Therefore it is obvious that our Grannies also have different perceptions of their stay abroad.
To date we are offering four ways to travel abroad. Family (with or without a language course), project or language trip: Which type of Granny are you? We want to give you a little help on your way with our “type consulting”.
We are very pleased as well: We often hear how thrilled you are about Granny Aupair. Please recommend us! More information about all these things can be found in this newsletter.

Wishing you a lot of pleasure reading it and all the best

Michaela Hansen and your Granny Aupair Team

Family, project or rather a language trip. What type of Granny are you?

"Classic" Granny Aupair

You like people as such and especially like to engage with children? You would love to discover foreign countries but not as a tourist, but as member of a family. It seems as if you are suited as a classic Granny. You take the pressure off the family you live with and are their temporary grandmother. In the mornings you take the kids to school or kindergarten, fetch them later in the day and look after them: You help with the homework, play, paint, bake or sing with them or take them on outings. As a “temporary” Grandma you share the joys of everyday life with the children in your charge and can use your rich experience in life to help others. For free board and lodging you get the unique opportunity to explore the way of life of a foreign country and learn its language. Unlike a tourist you can gain deep insights into the soul of a culture.Find out more

Aupair & Learn

Have you always wanted to discover the land of Maoris, Kiwis and spectacular landscapes? With our exclusive offer Aupair & Learn in cooperation with our New Zealand partner agency, Granny Aupairs now have the opportunity to stay longer in New Zealand as tourists.

A language course (fee required) enables you to work in New Zealand with a valid visa as a demi-aupair for more than three months and then travel for a time by yourself. In the mornings youo learn English and in the afternoons you help “your” family.

If you are interested in this program, please send us an e-mail info@granny-aupair.com

Granny Sprachenclub (Language Club)

Do you prefer to learn a language intensively? Do you want to do this abroad and in direct contact with the locals? Due to the cultural influence you will be able to learn more actively and multi-faceted. If this sounds attractive, the Granny Sprachenclub (language club) is the right thing for you. To make this exciting experience easier for you, we have sourced partner language schools in various countries to match your needs.

As a Club member you will then profit from our know-how for a year and can always seek advice. We will choose the right language school for you from the various language trips on offer. The compulsory reservation, payment etc. is then arranged directly with the respective school.
