In addition to Granny Marianela from Panama and Granny Faiza from Cape Town, who we would like to introduce to you below, around 100 Grannies from nine countries are looking for a meaningful role in a friendly family as a childminder or companion, for a longer period – or just as a „stop gap“ solution. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the Granny is travelling privately as a tourist and is subject to the visa regulations of the respective host country.

Curious & sporty: Granny Marianela from Panama

Granny Marianela (username: Nela) from Panama is very much looking forward to helping out a family, preferably in Europe, from August. The 57-year-old office manager speaks Spanish and English, is a good cook and loves sport and art.

The mother of grown-up children is curious to become part of an open-minded and friendly family. She would also like to take a language course to improve her language skills.

Granny Faiza (user name Jasmien) from South Africa would also like to help a family, preferably in an English-speaking country, as a Granny Aupair or companion. The 60-year-old experienced housekeeper and nanny has many hobbies, including painting, handicrafts and healthy cooking and baking. 

The mother and grandmother of adult children and grandchildren has also been looking after her niece's twin girls from birth for the past few years.
