now I am in Bangkok/Thailand, STILL WITH THE SAME FAMILY! I'm moving around Asia together with the family, which changes location every few years. It started in Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia in 2016, then we went to Dubai in 2018 and now we are in Bangkok.

The boys, who were 2 and 4 years old at the time, have grown up a little in the meantime. Their times are firmly scheduled and they don't need "their grandma" so much anymore. Their German is perfect, you don't notice that these boys didn't actually grow up in Germany.

But there is another little girl in "our" family since 2019. She is the one I am most concerned with now. She is also growing up quadrilingual. So it's another wonderful challenge for me to teach her German as her mother tongue.

So much for the current state of affairs.

Our rhythm is that I spend 7-8 months with the family and 4-5 months in Germany. The whole thing is then divided into 2 periods of time.
