Newsletter Grannies - Making new year’s resolutions come true
Dear Ladies,
2022 is absolutely brand new and there is still time to put your new year’s resolutions into practice with verve. This tradition is more than 4,000 years old and dates back to the Babylonians, who resolved to pay old debts and return borrowed things at the end of the year. Today, people all over the world still make New Year’s resolutions. Are you one of them? And have you already made one? Maybe just to experience something new, to break out of the daily grind - in a new environment, in a foreign country, with a different family? Don't put your plans on the back burner. Use the momentum of the new year!
And so that you can quickly put your good resolutions into practice: Many of our families would like to welcome a loving temporary grandmother as a new family member who can enrich everyday family life with her life experience soon or later in the year. We are introducing three of them below. And you can find even more families from all over the world in our online community.
With the best wishes for a happy and healthy new year

Fascinating East Coast of Australia
With stunning beaches and headlands on the South Pacific as well as lush green landscapes and forests, Australia's east coast in the state of New South Wales offers an amazing variety of natural and tourist attractions. 160 kilometres north of Sydney on the edge of the Hunter Valley wine region you can find the lively harbour town of Newcastle, affectionately known as "Newie" at the mouth of the Hunter River.
Here a family of four (username Jacksandben) with currently 2 month old twin sons would like to welcome a loving, baby experienced temporary grandma as soon as it is possible. Both parents are self-employed and would be very happy to have a few extra helping hands. A nice room in a house on the outskirts of town will be provided for the Granny. The travel expenses will be covered in full.
