we just received a call for help from the green Island. A lovely German-Irish family with a sweet one year old son is looking for a temporary Granny at very short notice. The Granny, who was supposed to arrive this week had to cancel due to understandable personal reasons.

The family lives on the outskirts of Dublin in a house with six rooms. Ireland’s lively capital has a lot to offer with its numerous historical buildings, museums and pubs. Summer and autumn are wonderful in this beautiful city.

Vincenz is looking forward to a new Granny

In her profile little Vincenz’ mother writes: "In Ireland, mothers usually stay home just six months after giving birth, therefore I had to go back to work and as parents we could not get used to the idea to give Vincenz to a creche for the whole day at such a young age—So we decided on the good mixture of Granny Aupair & Creche. We are very grateful for our current Granny that she could give much affection and security are at home in the morning to our son, and so allows him to start the day calmly.
We have been living with a Granny Aupair since the beginning of June and are very thankful for the support we are receiving. We have got used to each other wonderfully, have built up a joint rhythm and get on very well together. The Granny’s afternoons are filled with English lessons, yoga and Pilates and she discovers the city and surroundings at the weekend. We give her advice and help as far as it is possible and love taking her with us on our trips which we do from time to time.
