sowohl die Infoveranstaltung als auch der workshop waren sehr informativ und inspirierend. Die Veranstaltung hat mich in meinem Entschluss, als grannyaupair in die Welt zu ziehen, bestärkt. Bereits am Pfingstmontag breche ich auf nach Italien, um meine Gastfamile kennenzulernen.

kaum ist Ostern vorbei, nähert sich der Sommer und damit auch die großen Ferien mit Riesenschritten. Auch durch die vielen Feiertage im Frühling fallen in dieser Zeit diverse schulfreie Wochen und Tage an, was viele Eltern vor eine wahrhafte Herkulesaufgabe stellt. Ferien sind eine tolle Zeit für Kinder – und für Eltern auch, wenn sie nicht arbeiten müssen.

Dear Ladies,

Our Granny Aupair concept has been firmly established - by now, more than 50 percent of our families and Grannies are "repeaters". There are Grannies who have already been on the road a dozen times. It is not uncommon for real, long-lasting friendships to develop between the temporary grandmothers and "their" families.

Seit dem letzten Dienstag ist es abgemacht, dass ich eine Familie in Washington vom 3. Mai bis zum 25. Juni unterstützen werde. Ich freue mich schon darauf! Außerdem bin ich noch mit einer anderen Familie im Gespräch für den September, Oktober... (?)
