To us, because the house seemed immediately smaller and you think that you are going to miss privacy I think that for the Granny Aupair it is surely more difficult! She has to get used to total new habits and to feel comfortable in a new country, new city, new cooking... With a new family, while missing home! We are very impressed of how our Granny Aupair stands all this! She always smiles, even if when she got the second flu from the kids! To work well, it has to be the right person for the family: we have been lucky because our Granny is very discrete and convinced to stay with us even when we are in a bad mood!"
