Dear Reader, dear Grannies,

Would you like to quickly pack your bags and spontaneously travel to the wonderful south of France? We have just received an emergency call from the Côte d'Azur, where a Granny is needed to bridge a gap for a short period from the beginning of April to May 10th. The current young au pair has had to leave for personal reasons and the next Granny will not arrive until May.

The Granny-experienced, international multilingual family (user name Noa) is looking for a companion for the family's English-speaking, quiet grandfather, who is unfortunately suffering from dementia. As the family is going on holiday on 5th April support is now urgently needed.

Someone who is familiar with the illness and enjoys cooking would be ideal. A carer is available, it is purely a companion role, where the Granny would also have plenty of time to explore the beautiful area. A nice room in the grandfather's flat 800 metres from the family home in the city centre is waiting for Granny. All travelling expenses will be covered.
