Newsletter Familien - With Heart and Soul
Dear family,
we are really pleased: more and more countries are opening up now and the world can be discovered a bit more once again. Many Grannies will be travelling to families as good souls in the near future to start their Granny experience. And it is fantastic that increasingly countries overseas will soon be able to welcome our Grannies again. Many of our temporary grandmothrs are also looking for a placement later in the year and are happy to be able to plan ahead with families now!
Granny Aupair is a little adventure for everyone involved. The encounter offers many wonderful opportunities to learn from each other and to have a lot of fun together. To ensure that living together in your home is as stress-free and harmonious as possible, we have compiled a number of useful tips for you that we have been able to gather based on our twelve years of experience. The basis and key to success above all is open communication. You can find our tips for a successful Granny adventure here.
Currently, around 85 Grannies among others from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Brazil, the USA and South Africa are looking for a meaningful task in a nice family. Below we would like to introduce you to three Grannies who are planning to start their Granny adventure soon or later this year. In our newsletters we always present only some of our Grannies – for more just have a look in our community.
Very best wishes from
your Michaela Hansen und your Granny Aupair-Team
Humorous and organized: Granny Ute
Granny Ute (user name: up) would like to support a family, preferably in an English-speaking country, from the beginning of April. The 65-year-old former teacher with very good English skills loves cooking and baking, is culturally interested and loves nature. The animal-loving travel enthusiast has a lot of professional experience in looking after other children. In her profile she writes: „It would be great getting the opportunity to experience life in a foreign country much more intensively than it would be possible during an average vacation of 2 to 3 weeks, I am looking forward to supporting a family with their daily challenges of life.“
