Yesterday, March 1st, was the official meteorological beginning of Spring. Even though “real” Spring seems a long way off considering the frosty temperatures these weeks, it won’t be long until Spring will be the year’s pleasant king again! All senses will be set to new beginnings. Everything will beckon you outside, out into the world. And to places, where Spring might be a bit more advanced.

France’s Garden on the Sea

Numerous sights and impressive landscapes are waiting for you in Normandy, France. You can find the typical North French town of Bellême, nestled in the regional nature reserve La Perche on the edge of the famous forest  Forêt de Bellême. Nevertheless, Paris is less than two hours away by express train. Here an Anglo-French family (user name Lilladies) with four lovely little girls, aged between 8 and 1 years old, is now looking for a loving, patient granny to give the parents a helping hand, especially as the dad works away from home for weeks on time. The two bigger girls go to school during the day. The Granny should definitely speak English and ideally be able to stay six months. A large room in a beautiful house is waiting for the Granny. The travel expenses will be taken over in part.

Big Sky State

Known as the "Garden City" for its dense trees and lush green landscape, Missoula, in the US-State of Montana, is to be found in the heart of the northern Rockies where five valleys converge. Montana’s third largest town has a lot to offer, be it outdoors or in one of the town’s museum, shops or restaurants. Here a granny experienced doctors’ family of four (user name sholexa) with two children (five and three) is looking for their next flexible Granny Aupair, who should be able to speak English well and preferably can stay for six months. The children go to kindergarten until 17:30 in the afternoon, but as both parents are doctors, they sometimes have to work overnight or in the evenings, so the Granny would also have to look after the children then. A lovely large room with private bath in a big house is being made available for the Granny. The travel costs will be taken over completely.
